1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your account, submitted content, instructions, use of analysis outputs, and the decisions you make from them. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people’s rights.
2. Content you are permitted to submit

- Passwords, secret keys, payment-card data, authentication tokens, malware, or executable instructions intended to compromise a system.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Break the law, facilitate fraud, deceive, impersonate, harass, exploit, or harm a person or organization.
- Generate or support discriminatory, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violent conduct.
- Make fully automated high-impact decisions about a person’s employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, insurance, legal rights, or access to essential services.
- Present AI-generated analysis as independently verified fact, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or bypass security, access controls, rate limits, billing, or analysis entitlements.
- Share, resell, sublicense, or commercially provide account access outside the purchased offering.
- Use automated means to extract the Service, proprietary prompts, report structures, or other protected elements to create a competing product.
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, infrastructure, or providers.
4. Responsible use of outputs
Analysis results can contain errors, outdated assumptions, ambiguity, or missing context. Review the source evidence, investigate information gaps, consult appropriately qualified professionals, and obtain required approvals before taking consequential action.
That Curly Mind should strengthen human judgment—not replace accountable leadership, due diligence, professional advice, or lawful decision-making.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the public, or the Service. Depending on severity, we may remove content, preserve relevant records, decline future access, or report conduct when legally required. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
6. Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse or a security concern to the support address below. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary personal information.
